  • Alternate methods of communication for other services are being vetted and may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

24/7 Appointment Scheduling

To ensure that all patients are informed and empowered, and to avoid any disruptions in service once treatment has begun, a Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center staff member meets with all new patients to discuss the costs of our services and arrange for payment before they start to receive care.

Treatment at our center is customized to meet the unique needs of each man and woman who chooses to heal with us, so the cost of care for any individual patient will be determined by the types of medication and therapies that are included in his or her personalized plan.

Though the final cost of your treatment is determined on a case-by-case basis, the following general policies and procedures apply to all patients at Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center:

  • Intake fees must be paid during the intake appointment. (This applies to all patients, including those who intend to use insurance to pay for their care.)
  • All patients should be prepared to pay for treatment in advance. Insurance patients will be provided with invoices that they may submit to request reimbursement from their insurance providers.
  • Acceptable forms of payment at Fitchburg Comprehensive Treatment Center include cash, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We cannot accept personal checks or payment over the phone.

Patients who intend to use insurance to pay for their treatment will also be required to provide all necessary documentation to ensure that proof of coverage, verification of benefits, and all other insurance-related matters can be confirmed by one of our staff members prior to the start of treatment.
